Roxanne Dicke

Artistic Director

Before coming to Prince Albert, Roxanne taught drama and directed at Keyano College in Fort McMurray (Head of Drama Program).  She was an instructor and director at Grande Prairie Regional College, and Head Acting Instructor at Edna Manley College of Visual and Performing Arts in Kingston, Jamaica.  Roxanne was also an acting instructor for Jamaica’s leading youth theatre group, Little People and Teen Players. Roxanne holds a BFA in Drama in Performance (University of Lethbridge), an MA in Drama (University of Guelph), and a Masters of Teaching (University of Calgary). Currently Roxanne is the General Manager of the E.A. Rawlinson Centre for the Arts.

Cara Stelmaschuk


Cara has been involved in Prince Albert's theatre community for twenty-five years. With Odyssey Productions she cut her teeth on running crew, construction, and painting before taking on stage management and then acting. Eventually she also tackled directing and publicity. Professionally, she has experience in creative writing for radio and television, and is currently the Director of Marketing for Lake Country Co-op.


Highlights on stage include Blood Relations, Dracula, Noises Off! (Odyssey Productions), and Macbeth   (Spark Theatre). Director highlights include Hooray For Johnny Canuck, Brighton Beach Memoirs, Biloxi Blues (Odyssey Productions), The Vagina Monologues, and Mary's Wedding (Assistant Director, Spark Theatre).

Craig Langlois   

Technical Director

Craig is a graduate the Theatre Production Program class of 2011 from Grant MacEwan University. He worked as Technical Director for Spark Theatre’s And Then There Were None, Rez Sisters, Macbeth, Mary’s Wedding, and also as Technical Director with Odyssey Productions for Dracula and Noises Off. He is The current Technical Director and Head of Lighting for E.A. Rawlinson Centre For the Arts, where he has had the pleasure of being part of Hockey Mom, Hockey Dad (2013) and the Broadway North Theatre Company’s Little Mermaid and the revival show of Beauty & The Beast Jr., Peter Pan Jr, Shrek Jr, and most recently Elf Jr. as TD and Lighting Designer.
